Here is who to contact for Ottawa - Jermain Park at the City of Toledo, the Park Board, Friends of Ottawa - Jermain Park and the Volunteer Trail Patrol.
In February 2019, 3 Otsego High School juniors had a problem. They were creating a PowerPoint type presentation on 6 structures
in Toledo (including the Ottawa Park Amphitheater) built by the WPA during Roosevelt's New Deal. The amphitheater page on our
website provided some background information and photographs, but not enough. They needed to know how many workers were employed,
who they worked for, and the total construction cost. So one emailed officers@ottawapark.org. In 2 days he had the answer: Toledo's
Welfare Dept. hired 150 laborers. The cost was $60,000. ($1,092,600 in today's dollars).
So if you have a question about the
Park, the Advisory Board, the website, or the Friends of Ottawa-Jermain, just email the appropriate address. We can't always

FRIENDS OF OTTAWA-JERMAIN PARK
The Friends only purpose: raise funds for and provide manpower to support programs beneficial
for those who use Ottawa & Jermain Parks. The Friends was founded in 2006 as a separate non-profit entity and became a 501
(c)3 in 2017. Corporations, entities like the Ohio Arts Council, and wealthy individuals can not/will not donate unless the organization
is a 501 (c)3.
