Ottawa Park has the only open air ice rink in northwest Ohio & southeast Mich. The rink has new chillers and a new
floor for consistent and smooth ice. The new chiller system has extended our winter season from about mid December to mid March.
In 2014, a new lounge area floor was added. No more skate damage!
And of course the rink is lighted for either romantic evening
skating or hockey. In the winter we have open skating periods, hockey leagues, tournaments and practice, as well as the indoor Rink
Cafe where you can take a break, skate rental and sharpening.
For rink rental, contact Dawn Cousino 419-936-2700 or
dawn.cousino@toledo.oh.gov
To
reach the rink, go north from Bancroft on Ottawa Pkwy. The rink is on the first road to your right.
The Ice Rink will open Jan. 6!
Sessions will last no longer than 1.5 hr or 2.0 hr. There will be a half hour cleaning and
disinfecting between each session. All patrons must leave the rink until cleaning is complete. Each session must be paid for separately.
There is no more skating all day for one price or hanging out in the warming house.
Limit of 35-40 skaters per session, limit
of 35 spectators outside (may come in for restrooms and concessions). Limit of 10 people between the restrooms and concessions. The
rink will be set up to enforce social distancing. Masks must be worn while inside within 6 ft of another person unless eating.
